CEO/President — Minneapolis, MN

Devon grew up in central Minnesota playing sports, hunting, fishing, and enjoying water sports. He started his first company while attending college to test his theories in brand development and customer-business relationship building — wildly successful, leading to an additional brand start-up in the outdoors industry. His work with aspiring entrepreneurs and local businesses was the start of our company.

Ashley Noehring

Social Team Leader — Minneapolis, MN

Ashley attended South Dakota State University majoring in Consumer Affairs with a minor in Marketing. Since graduating she has worked with various clients, helping them grow their social presence across all platforms — bringing fresh perspectives and the attention to detail needed to keep branding consistent across every channel. In her free time, Ashley enjoys hanging out with her dog Lainey, traveling and spending time outdoors.

Miles Burton

Digital Operations Manager — Lansdowne, PA

Miles grew up in Pennsylvania with a love for music, fishing, sports, reading, and ancient history. He kick-started his career in digital marketing at West Chester University, bringing innovation to campaign management and client relations, and founded Infinite Minds, a non-profit that collected thousands of books for underprivileged families. What he loves most is providing the best service possible while creating long-lasting relationships.
